27 June – 5 July – Orders will be shipped twice weekly until further notice. Cut-off times are midday Sunday for Monday shipping, and midday Wednesday for Thursday shipping.

Missing parts

In the unlikely event that your new LEGO set is missing a part, LEGO has an easy process for getting these parts to you quickly and hassle free. Simply complete a form here, and the parts will get sent out to you!

Refunds

If your item goes missing in the post, or if you have an unreconcilable issue with your new product as per the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will get your item picked up by our courier and will refund your purchase in full as soon as possible.

Returns for change of mind

If you change your mind on a purchase within 14 days and your item is still in new, resalable condition, then you can return the set to us (at your cost) and exchange your item for any other in-stock product. Please note, if you choose wrapped packaging (rather than the boxed option) for shipping, or you choose boxed but return it to us wrapped, we are unable to offer a refund. After two courier journeys, even if the box is not significantly damaged, it is often too scuffed or marked for us to resell the item as new.

Please note, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If you prefer a cash refund, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase amount. This is simply to cover the costs we face from the uncompleted sale.
